Shipping

For every country we ship to, delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

If your delivery option includes tracking, you will get a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping times

Estimates, counted from the day we dispatch, not the day you order.

• UK. The time depends on the service you choose at checkout.
• Europe (EU, EEA, Switzerland and Jersey). 2 to 8 working days.
• USA. 3 to 6 working days.
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. 3 to 8 working days.
• United Arab Emirates. The time depends on the service you choose at checkout.

What it costs

UK: delivery is free on every order. Faster services, where offered, are priced at checkout.

USA, Canada, the EU, Liechtenstein, Australia and New Zealand: the price of every door knocker and head includes delivery. Smaller orders, such as hooks, knobs and decorations, pay a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Jersey: standard delivery is £14.95.

Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates: standard delivery is £24.95.

Other tracked services, where offered, are priced at checkout. You see the figure before you pay, not after.

Your own country sets any import duty or tax. It is not in the price, and it is not part of delivery.

Customs and import duty

There may be a bill at the door. Here is how it works, so it is not a surprise.

Import duty and tax are set by the country the parcel is going to. We do not set the amount and we do not collect it. The carrier asks you for it when the parcel arrives, if your country charges it at all. We add nothing to your order ourselves once you have paid.

That holds for the USA, Canada, Australia, the EU and anywhere else outside the UK. Orders within the UK carry no duty.

Where we ship

We ship to the UK, the EU, EEA, Switzerland, Jersey, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. Anywhere else? Email us for a delivery quote.
