Shipping

We've chosen UPS and Royal Mail to deliver all parcels, locally and internationally.

If you selected tracking (which is strongly recommended), a tracking number will be supplied when your parcel has been dispatched, letting you follow its every step from our door to yours.

Shipping times

Counted from the day we dispatch, not the day you order.

• UK. Next day delivery.
• EU. 2 to 8 working days.
• USA. 3 to 6 working days.
• Rest of the world. 3 to 8 working days.

What it costs to send one to the States

Postage is worked out at checkout, from your address and what is in the basket. You see the figure before you pay, not after.

The price on the product page is for the piece. Postage sits on top of it. So does any import duty your own country charges.

Customs and import duty

There may be a bill at the door. Here is how it works, so it is not a surprise.

Import duty and tax are set by the country the parcel is going to. We do not set the amount and we do not collect it. The carrier asks you for it when the parcel arrives, if your country charges it at all. We add nothing to your order ourselves once you have paid.

That holds for the USA, Canada, Australia, the EU and anywhere else outside the UK. Orders within the UK carry no duty.
