We do not polish our door knockers because smooth, shiny surfaces lose detail, and we are passionate about detail. Each design starts with high-definition 3D printing, allowing us to achieve levels of precision impossible with traditional moulds. This technology lets us capture breathtaking details like hairline bone fuse lines on skulls, a lion's flowing mane, and a fox's razor-sharp fangs. We can even create undercuts and intricate recesses that mould-based casting cannot achieve.

Each piece is meticulously cast in a family-run, aerospace-certified foundry on the edge of the North York Moors, employing the lost wax casting method—a time-honoured technique refined within a modern context.
