For every country we ship to, delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

If your delivery option includes tracking, you will get a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping times

Estimates, counted from the day we dispatch, not the day you order.

• UK. The time depends on the service you choose at checkout.
• Europe (EU, EEA, Switzerland and Jersey). 2 to 8 working days.
• USA. 3 to 6 working days.
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. 3 to 8 working days.
• United Arab Emirates. The time depends on the service you choose at checkout.

What it costs

UK: free delivery on orders of £100 and over. Under £100, tracked delivery is priced at checkout.

Overseas: standard delivery is £14.95 to the EU, EEA, Switzerland and Jersey, and £24.95 to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. Other tracked services, where offered, are priced at checkout. You see the figure before you pay, not after.

The price on the product page is for the piece. Delivery sits on top of it, except on UK orders of £100 and over. So does any import duty your own country charges.

Customs and import duty

There may be a bill at the door. Here is how it works, so it is not a surprise.

Import duty and tax are set by the country the parcel is going to. We do not set the amount and we do not collect it. The carrier asks you for it when the parcel arrives, if your country charges it at all. We add nothing to your order ourselves once you have paid.

That holds for the USA, Canada, Australia, the EU and anywhere else outside the UK. Orders within the UK carry no duty.
