Our Guarantee to You

A thirty-year guarantee

We make objects that are designed to last. So we stand behind every one of them for thirty years.

Every door knocker, handle and decoration is cast in Yorkshire using aluminium bronze. It is uncoated and honest to the material. No plating. No lacquer. Nothing to peel or flake. Because of that, we can offer a thirty-year guarantee.

What we guarantee

If your Yorkshire Foundry piece fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship within 30 years of purchase, we will repair or replace it. No quibbling. No small print games. If something is not right, we will sort it.

What it does not cover

Your piece arrives fresh from the foundry, and it won't stay that colour. The finish is alive: it keeps darkening with the weather and handling. That is character, not a fault. Surface marks, weathering and tonal change are expected. Improper installation, misuse or deliberate damage are not covered.

Why we can offer it

We cast in AB2 aluminium bronze, a hard-wearing alloy that resists corrosion and wear. We do not coat it. We let the metal be metal.

One base, many heads

Our interchangeable system fits the base once. To change the character of your door, you swap the head, not the whole fitting. Less waste. Fewer holes. Better design.

Buy once. Fit once. And if you ever need us, we are here.
